Evarist Paul Sekaboyi

Holds bachelor of Laws degree from Makerere University of Kampala-Uganda, he has also pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Economic Diplomacy at Tanzania – Mozambique at the Centre for foreign relations, He has worked in the president’s office as a senior legal counsel for a number of years. After leaving public service he worked as an Associate in other reputable Law firms. He has attended several courses on legal matters within Tanzania and overseas. A renown Litigating Attorney on different matters Including Labour Law, Debt collection and security enforcement litigation, Company Law, Law of contract, Land law and commercial Law. He has also been involved in Security documentation and perfection services, Receiverships and Review of various polices. He is an Advocate of the High court of Tanzania and courts subordinate thereto save primary courts, a notary public and commissioner for oaths.

Mr. Sekaboyi is an active member of Tanganyika law society and East African Law Society; he is a member of National Council of Tanzania Scouts Association.

Augustine Rutakolezibwa

Is a graduate of Law from University of Dar es Salaam and he also pursued LL.M from university of Zimbabwe. He has built a strong experience in working with national and international organizations as partners for development, central government and local government bodies and agencies and possess numerous skills, such as project management, planning essentials packages, monitoring and evaluation in a project cycle over ten years back. He has written a number of papers on legal matters and is a good trainer on various legal topics.

As a renowned Advocate, he has been managed to work with International Organizations such as The Institute of Cultural Affairs (ICA-Tanzania) as a Legal Officer and Community facilitator, World Vision Tanzania as Gender and Advocacy Coordinator, United Nations Volunteer as District Capacity Support Officer

Mr. Rutakolezibwa

Is a renown litigating Attorney on different matters including Corporate Law and Company law, Law of Contract, Conveyancing, Labour Law, Land Law, Commercial Law and Secretarial services. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and Courts subordinate thereto save for Primary Courts, a Notary Public and Commissioner for Oaths.

He is an active member of Tanganyika Law Society and East African Law Society.

Dr. Baraka Francisco Kanyabuhinya

Pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Law)degree from University of Dar es Salaam, he holds a Masters of Laws (LL.M) in Intellectual Property, Commerce and Technology at the University of New Hampshire-Franklin, USA, Bachelor of Laws, LL. B (Hons.) School of Law, University of Dar es Salaam.
Dr.Baraka has Expertise, Knowledge and Professional Skills as a Researcher and Lecturer in Law especially in the following areas: Competition Law, Intellectual Property, Consumer Protection, Commercial transactions and Entities, Land law, Alternative Disputes Resolution (ADR), Labour Relations and WTO Law.

He is an active member of Tanganyika Law Society and East African Law Society.

Neema Nkane

is a graduate of law from Mzumbe University and she also pursued a postgraduate diploma in legal training at the Law School of Tanzania, after being sworn in as advocate she straight away joined our team, before that she worked with our firm as a legal officer, She has expertise in corporate Law and Company Law; She has excellent skills in preparing legal documents, facilitating formation of new companies, assisting existing companies with corporate compliance matters and mortgages.Shehas been taken on board after showing exemplary competence in legal research and excellent skills in legal drafting.

Neema Nkane is an advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and subordinate courts thereto, save for primary court, a notary public and commissioner for oaths, she is also an active member of Tanganyika Law Society and East Africa Law Society.

Method Ezekiel Garran

Holds a bachelor of laws degree from Mzumbe University Morogoro, Tanzania. He has also pursued a postgraduate Diploma in legal Training at the law school of Tanzania. Yesse Rugaiya

Yesse holds certificate of laws from Institute of Judicial Administration, certificate of foundation course from Open University of Tanzania and a bachelor of laws degree from Open University University of Tanzania. He has also pursued a postgraduate Diploma in legal Training at the law school of Tanzania. He is well acquainted with good knowledge in Corporate Law and Company law, Law of Contract, Conveyancing, Labour Law, Land Law.He is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and Courts subordinate thereto save for Primary Courts, a Notary Public and Commissioner for Oaths.

Mr. Yesse is an active member of the Tanganyika Law Society and East Africa Law Society.

Support Staff

We have legal officers who assist Counsels in all aspects of legal work, their assignments include but not limited to doing preliminary research on legal Issues referred to the firm, preparing briefs for counsels, drafting legal opinions, keeping track of court diaries and cause lists, updating the collection of legal literature in the firm’s library, just to mention a few. The said legal officers are, Joseph Masisila and Amina Mselemu who are graduates of law from the University of Zanzibar, St. Augustine University and Mzumbe University respectively; they have been carefully selected to work with the firm so as to ensure a strong research capability for the firm. The firm has finance department managed by an accountant namely Janeth Kitemo who maintains all financial controls and procedures, including daily reconciliation, making follow up on the receivables, Preparation of Tax invoices, Tax returns and to ensure all accounting documents are properly filed. The firm also has a secretary namely, Grace Hezron, two chamber clerks, Isaac Magohola and Lusake Makella , drivers namely, Leonard Komba and Yasin Shabani and Moudrick Mohamed. The Secretary among others, handles communication with diverse clientele from within and outside the chambers, she organizes and maintains an efficient filling and retrieval system of matters dealt with in the chambers, one Isaac Magohola, the clerk who holds a certificate in law from University of Dar es Salaam does all the clerical works Including coordinating and managing the chamber’s court diaries and registry follow ups to ensure timely delivery of services to the clients, while Salvatory Njessa holds certificate in information Technology from Learn IT, he assists the firm to keep abreast with all matters to do with modern technology in research and general organization of firm’s assignments.
